In Canada there is a joke, they have two seasons, “Winter” and “Construction”. Actually it bears a serious resemblance to the truth, during the late-spring and summer and into the fall, there are road construction workers everywhere, especially everywhere you want to be.
Here, this worker is guiding the traffic at the construction near the Minerva Zoo, where they have completely redesigned and rebuilt the intersection. The new intersection even has an underpass, to funnel the plethora of cars that are going to Cemaco and La Torre, in the right direction. I am happy to see that the traffic will flow more easily at this juncture, but I’m sure the people who actually drive this road every night during rush hour are even more pleased.
