Lunar Eclipse

Monday night or Tuesday morning the only full Lunar Eclipse of 2010 over Xela. I am always blown away at how cool Eclipses are lunar or solar, both just put me in a state of wonder and awe. I shot this from my roof and by the way it was really cold outside!

I, too, was up at 2 AM, for about 5 minutes, freezing! Thank you for the beautiful photo of “La Luna de Xelajú”!

Awesome! I wanted to stay awake to see it, but w/ 2 little kids you get the sleep when you can. Thanks for capturing it!

  3. Gorgeous shot! In our neck of the woods it was too cloudy and we missed it all together. Thanks for sharing your image with those of us that were not lucky enough to see it ourselves!

So this is what it looked like. I woke up an hour later than planned because I set my alarm for EST instead of Xela time and only caught the end. Thanks Josh!
